Synopsis
A modern Pompeii. Apice is a small town in the province of Benevento which following two earthquakes (1962 and 1980), was abandoned. A timeless country, where everything has stopped since 1962, including the words unspoken, farewells not given, lips never touched and loves never revealed. Everything has remained there, suspended in time like “La persistence of memory ”of Dalì's painting.
