Marco Manzoni

Marco Manzoni graduated in Experimental Cinema at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Turin in 2014 and in Visual Arts at the Carrara Academy of Fine Arts in Bergamo in 2016. Between 2017 and 2023 he worked as a Concept Artist and Background Artist for cinema and television, for clients such as Lucasfilm, Disney Plus, Netflix, AppleTV, Cartoon Network and Cartoon Saloon, taking part in the production of the Academy Awards nominated Film Wolfwalkers. The artist has participated in different group exhibitions including Bernareggi Museum, Bergamo 2016 and Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation, Turin 2015. In 2016 he won an artistic residency at the Mario Negri Pharmacology Research Institute and the Nocivelli Prize for Contemporary Art (Brescia). Since 2024 the artist has been in Italy to develop the animated film Solipsiae.
