Jay DeLuna

Jay DeLuna is an award-winning writer/director and the co-founder and chief storyteller for DeLuna Pictures. He has resided in Florida and Southern California. Of Cuban-American ancestry, Jay was surrounded by creativity from a young age and discovered his love for filmmaking in middle school. He was also influenced by his father, who shot his own shorts on 8mm film and projected them for the family. Jay's favorite filmmakers are writer-directors with a strong independent vision like John Carpenter, Robert Rodriguez, and Quentin Tarantino.
