Andrés Hernández Covarrubias

(Español): Director, guionista y editor mexicano. Programador en Kiltro Cinema. Egresado de la Escuela Veracruzana de Cine Luis Buñuel. Estudió montaje cinematográfico en la EICTV y cursó un taller de guion en el Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica. Ha sido jurado en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Guadalajara (2016), el Bogotá International Film Festival (2018) y el Festival Horror en las Montañas (2024). Sus producciones han sido proyectadas y reconocidas en diversos festivales internacionales. Su cortometraje más reciente, Viejo Pozo, es selección oficial en Macabro Film Festival y Shorts México, también ha sido reconocido en festivales en Italia, Canadá, Ucrania, entre otros. Imparte talleres de realización cinematográfica y es docente de la materia de guion en la licenciatura de la Escuela Veracruzana de Cine Luis Buñuel. También ha sido invitado a programar música para Internet Public Radio y NTS Radio, dos plataformas de alcance internacional. (English): Mexican director, screenwriter, and editor.
