Sasha Aubort

I am an emerging writer and director with a proclivity towards engaging and deeply disturbing audiences through dark, visceral and meaningful storytelling. ​ I want to make films for those misunderstood by society, films that both engage and disturb audiences through meaningful stories that others are too afraid to tell. ​ We all have an innate desire to be understood and many people find comfort in the darkness. No matter how dark, I believe film is a medium where all individuals should be able to find comfort within and feel understood.
