Synopsis
A placid afternoon in a quiet Andalusian village on the eve of its patron saint festivities. It is the feast of the saint who rescued his infant son from a deep well just by praying. Another miracle is about to happen. A creature suddenly emerges from Carmela and Paco's well. The creature is not welcome, provoking rather disgust and repulsion. Not knowing what to do with it, Carmela and Paco call the village priest and later the doctor to try to understand the sudden appearance. Greed and selfishness then come into play in a final duel of regrettable consequences where the beautiful can be monstrous and the horrible the everyday. The short was performed by non professional actors with behavioral disorders in Andalusia, Spain.
