Synopsis
In Kiesler’s Body, the Film Guild Cinema, built by Frederic Kiesler in 1929 in New York, comes to life. Kiesler’s concept of a boundless cinematic space is revived, expanded, and viscerally transformed. The screen itself becomes both the observer and the gateway for the muses of his Magic Architecture theory. Crawling through the space, they explore the early work of their future companion, heralding the architectural revolution that is yet to come in Kiesler’s evolving vision.
