Synopsis
War, global warming, protests—just another grim news hour until anchorwoman Kelly cuts to a lighthearted segment: live coverage of the 7th Annual Howl-O-Ween Pet Parade. Marty Andrews reports from the scene, where costumed pets and their owners celebrate for a good cause. But amid the cheerful festivities, an angry spectator disrupts the broadcast with an unhinged rant against animals wearing clothing. His tirade spirals into absurdity, culminating in a surreal, chaotic moment that leaves him exhausted. As Marty smoothly redirects back to the newsroom, the tension lingers, making the viewer question the absurdity of outrage and the unpredictability of live TV.
