Lauren Norby
Lauren Norby is an artist based in Missoula. He was raised in a remote cabin in the woods on a diet of comic books, alt weeklies and old movies. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The University of Montana, and earned his Master of Fine Arts degree from The University of California, Santa Barbara. Lauren has been self-publishing comix and zines for years. In 2023 he adapted his comic "$55 Private Room in a Safe Quiet Neighborhood" into a short film. It is Lauren's directorial debut.
