Lael Rogers is a Seattle-based writer and director hailing from Juneau, Alaska. Her 2020 short film, The Claw, was produced with the support of Film Independent and screened at festivals internationally including Palm Springs ShortFest, Final Girls Berlin and Tacoma Film Festival. Rogers' award-winning work has been featured in publications such as Rolling Stone and The Seattle Times. Her 2023 short film, SHRAPNEL: Solitarius Lupus, was made in partnership with videogame company NEON Machine and premiered at the Seattle International Film Festival.
