Kathleen Renee Krenitsky

A current resident of Naples, Florida, Krenitsky began her career in the hard sciences with additional sojourns as an internationally ranked Muay Thai kickboxer, mathematician and service dog trainer. With BayouTech standing as her fourth film project, her work focuses primarily on explorations of the illusory nature of space and time with an appreciation of the surrounding joy. Her prior films have been internationally awarded, winning ‘Best US Short Film’ at the Riyadh International Film Festival, ‘Best International Short Film’ at the Bhutan International Short Film Festival, and receiving selection in Cannes in collaboration with 8 & Halfilm Film Awards and Wild Filmmaker Magazine.
