Juan Albarracín
Juan Albarracín has a degree in Audiovisual Communication in English from the Carlos III University of Madrid, he is also a teacher of on-camera interpretation at the ACT school – Madrid since 2022.
As a director and screenwriter he has signed several short films with national and international selections (“A wild pine forest”, “Simon says”, “Back to the South”, “November 1st”…) in Argentina, Colombia, Hungary, Uruguay, Turkey . ...
In 2023 he writes and directs his first feature film, “Instinct”, starring Javier Pereira (Goya for Best New Actor in 2014), Eva Llorach (Goya for Best New Actress in 2019) and Fernando Cayo.
He combines his work in fiction and as a teacher with advertising projects and video clips (Postres Reina, El Pozo, Tena Discreet, Essenzia Dormire...).
He has also published three novels: “Seven Trumpets”, “The Medici Conspiracy” and “The Rigid Man”, aged fifteen, sixteen and eighteen respectively.
