Jacob Holmquist-Franco
Jacob Holmquist-Franco is an East-LA native writer, director and stunts/SFX supervisor.
Holmquist-Franco received his BA in Screenwriting and Philosophy from California
State University, Fullerton while working in the Stunts and SFX department at Universal
Studios. Holmquist-Franco’s stunt/SFX work received multiple awards, including a SAG
award, for DUNKIRK, Waterworld: A Live Sea War Spectacular, Halloween Horror
Nights and STAR TREK: TV SERIES. Holmquist-Franco received his MFA from the AFI
Conservatory in 2022 and now teaches film at Citrus College.
