Richard Rotter is an Emmy-nominated, CSA, and Rockie Award-winning filmmaker from Toronto. After years of directing and producing acclaimed documentaries and kids TV for NBC, Discovery, and History, he transitioned into horror. His short Blood Line earned multiple Best Short Film awards and a nomination for the 2024 DGC Award.
