Synopsis
Un agent américain des stupéfiants est assassiné en Italie. Le chef du département décide d'embaucher Larry Stanziani, «The Cobra». Larry, un ancien agent et maintenant un détective privé de troisième ordre, profite de l'occasion pour se venger d'un vieil ennemi, mais bientôt il découvre qu'il fait face à une organisation implacable.
