Synopsis

Trapped inside a hotel room called the White Room, Leo is running late for his train when a simple problem becomes something far more disturbing. A strange girl’s voice from reception claims she is already inside his room, hidden in the bathroom. As panic rises, Leo calls his wife for help, only to be caught in a surreal misunderstanding that turns fear into jealousy, and jealousy into nightmare. Moving between Paris and Brittany, DERRIÈRE LA PORTE is a family-made supernatural short where domestic comedy, eerie suspense, and a creeping sense of unreality collide behind a half-open door.
