Synopsis

1975. Ingrid travaille pour l'agence de renseignements chilienne. Sa relation avec son chien, son corps, ses peurs et ses frustrations révèle la fracture brutale de son esprit et du pays tout entier.

Beast (2022) is a 16 min animation short film by Hugo Covarrubias. Inspired by real events, "Bestia" enters the life of a secret police agent in the military dictatorship in Chile. Selected for Bolton International Film Festival (2022).
