This October, Festival Theaters is hosting its first Horror Shorts Film Festival on October 25th, Palm Screams! With up-and-coming filmmakers, cash awards, and chilling after parties, this is sure to be the first of many. Tickets go on sale September 15th! Located at Festival Theaters, in Downtown Palm Springs Festival Theaters is an independent 9-screen cinema on Tahquitz Canyon Way in Downtown Palm Springs.
