Daniel Rands

Daniel Rands is a London-raised and based writer/director. His award-winning short films have garnered international acclaim, screening at prestigious BIFA & BAFTA qualifying festivals. Daniel’s work focuses on exploring power dynamics from marginalised perspectives, often drawing on his own life experiences through a heightened lens. A recent graduate of the National Film and Television School's Directing Fiction MA program, Daniel's talent was recognised with both the BBC and Toledo Scholarships. Currently, Daniel is developing new long-form projects, continuing to create tension-filled narratives that resonate with audiences worldwide.
