G. Wilson

G. Wilson was raised amid the sin and excess of Las Vegas, developing a taste for the strange early on. After writing and producing a slew of warped comedy and horror projects, he earned his MFA in Screenwriting from the AFI Conservatory. His shorts have screened at over 40 international film festivals, and his screenplays have placed in top competitions including the Austin Film Festival, Screencraft, Launch Pad, Cinestory, and Filmmatic.

In 2023, his screenplay Juice Breath was selected for the New York Stage and Film Filmmakers Workshop. As part of Ash Valley, a transmedia collaboration with director Shu Zhu, they premiered the VR project Echos of Ash Valley at the 2024 Venice Film Festival and the short Ash Valley: Janyl at the 2024 Busan International Film Festival.

Most recently, G. directed BORGLESQUE, a midnight movie short. The film premiered at GenreBlast 2025, where it was nominated for Best Midnight/WTF Film, Best Editing, and Best FX. It recently made its Australian premiere in Monster Fest’s infamous Trasharama program and has since been selected by Knoxville Horror Fest, Austin Horror Film Festival (where it was nominated for the Schlock Block Spirit Award), Sin City Horror Fest, YIKES! Film Festival, and more!
