| Chris McInroy Chris McInroy is an Austin based writer/director of movies and ads. His horror-comedy short films have played at super cool festivals around the world including SXSW, Fantasia, Fantastic Fest and Sitges. His film, GUTS, was nominated for a 2023 Fangoria Chainsaw Award for Best Short. His film, We Forgot About The Zombies, was nominated for Best Horror Short in the 2024 iHorror Awards. He’s made ads for some cool clients too such as UPS, 7-Eleven, Sprite, Jamba, Allstate, Capital One and PODS. He’s worked on campaigns that have won at spots like the Addy’s, Webby’s and Shorty’s.
