Cole McCracken Cole McCracken is a filmmaker based in Toronto, Ontario. Cole is a writer, director and assistant director on local independent productions. Having moved from Calgary, Alberta at age 21 to study film production at Toronto Film School, Cole began to hone their style towards genre films – particularly towards horror and genre-adjacent productions. Their most recent completed production, “”The Skin She’s In”” went on to a successful film festival circuit run – playing around the world on every continent, on television at WONTV 48 in New York, and winning several awards including a Cleaver-the-Beaver award for Best Canadian Short at the Toronto International Spring of Horror and Fantasy. Cole is continuing to develop his body of work, focused on exploring personal themes through a twisted lens – to find community in the macabre. |
